Cinnamon Toast Popcorn

Cinnamon Toast Popcorn is a twist on a classic breakfast treat. Crunchy popcorn, yummy melted butter and delicious cinnamon sugar combine into a new classic!

Ingredients

  • 10 cups Popped Popcorn
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (Sweet Cream, Salted)
  • 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Pop 10 cups of popcorn and salt liberally and place in a large bowl.
  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan. We used 4 tablespoons of butter for our 10 cups of popcorn. You should adjust to taste.
  3. Slowly drizzle the butter onto the popcorn and stir as you go. You'll want to lightly cover the popcorn.
  4. Sprinkle the buttered popcorn with the Cinnamon Sugar and stir. (We used 1/4 cup of sugar and then added 1 heaping tablespoon of cinnamon and mixed it together.)
  5. Continue adding the Cinnamon Sugar until it is covered to your liking. (We did not use the full 1/4 cup of sugar.)
  6. Allow the popcorn to cool. Break apart into pieces and serve.
