Get ready to bite into a buttery, peanutty explosion of flavor with our Chunky Peanut Butter Cookies. We took classic cookie dough and cranked up the crunch by adding Crunchy Peanut Butter and heaps of chopped peanuts for an irresistible mix of sweet-and-salty deliciousness!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (Sweet Cream, Salted, Softened to Room Temperature)
  • 1 cup Chunky Peanut Butter (heaping)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup chopped Peanuts

Instructions

  1. Cream the crunchy peanut butter and the softened butter until they are fully combined (at least 2 minutes.)
  2. Add the white and brown sugar and continue mixing for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix for the final 3 minutes.
  4. Add dry ingredients and mix just until the flour is combined.
  5. Add 1 cup of chopped peanuts and mix together until combined.
  6. Using a food scale, we measured 2.5 oz. of cookie dough for each cookie.  Roll the dough into a ball and place it on a cookie sheet. Make a criss-cross on the peanut butter cookie dough ball with a fork that has been dipped in flour.
  7. Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet before you transfer them to a cooling rack or parchment paper to fully cool.
