Enjoy a classic treat with Peanut Butter Blossoms! Delicious peanut butter cookie dough is delicately rolled in sugar and topped off with a Hershey's Chocolate Kiss.  Perfect for your next family gathering or a cozy night at home with loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (Sweet Cream, Salted, Softened to Room Temperature)
  • 1 cup Jiffy Creamy Peanut Butter (heaping)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar (to roll the cookie dough in)
  • 1 bag Hershey's Chocolate Kisses

Instructions

  1. Cream the softened butter and peanut butter in a mixer until fully combined.
  2. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar and cream for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat another 3 minutes until the dough is light and fluffy. 
  4. Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder and mix until just combined.
  5. Using a food scale, measure 2.5 oz. of cookie dough for each cookie. and then roll the dough into a small bowl filled with granulated sugar and place it on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes.
  7. While the cookies are still warm and still on the cookie sheet, press a Hershey's Chocolate Kiss into the top of the peanut butter cookie. Allow the cookies to cool slightly on the cookie sheet before removing them.
