Eggnog Cupcakes with Butter Rum Frosting - each bite is like a sip of spiked Eggnog. Try this yummy Christmas Cupcake your guests and family will love them!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 large package Vanilla Pudding
  • 3/4 cups Oil
  • 3/4 cups Eggnog
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (melted)
  • 1 batch of our Butter Rum Buttercream Frosting
  • Christmas Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Combine cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs, eggnog, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat mixture for 7 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter into cupcake liners in a cupcake pan.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 25-28 minutes.
  5. Allow the cupcakes to cool.
  6. Frost with Butter Rum Buttercream Frosting
