Apple Bread Mini Loaves

Our Apple Bread Mini Loaves with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting are full of apples and covered in creamy homemade frosting. This unique Fall treat tastes just like Fall.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Green Apple (diced)
  • 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 heaping teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 batch of our The Best Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice enough apples so you have 2 cups of chopped apples.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and apples. Fold together until well mixed. 
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the bowl.
  4. Stir with a spoon until just combined.  Don't over-mix.
  5. Spoon the Apple Bread batter into greased mini loaf pans and bake in an oven that has been preheated to 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Allow the Apple Bread loaves to cool.

  7. Frost the top of the loaves with the frosting and for a special touch you can dust the frosting with some Ground Cinnamon. Pretty!
