Ingredients

Crust

  • 25 Oreo Cookies
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (melted)

Pie Filing

  • 1 package Cream Cheese at room temp (8 oz.)
  • 3/4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 container Cool Whip (8 oz.)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Topping

  • 1 cup Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Our Peanut Butter Pie starts with an Oreo Cookie Crust in a 9" pie plate.  You can buy these in the store, or you can make them from scratch.  If you need a recipe, we have a great Oreo Crust recipe here with all the tips and tricks you’ll need to make a yummy oreo cookie crust.  You don’t need to bake the crust, just stick it in the refrigerator for at least an hour before you begin making the filling.
  2. Place the softened Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter, Powdered Sugar, and Vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  3. Beat on medium speed with a mixer until the filling is light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes.)
  4. Add the Cool Whip into the bowl.
  5. Carefully fold the Cool Whip into the peanut butter filling mixture.
  6. Pour the filling mixture into the prepared Oreo crust.
  7. Spread the filling evenly in the pie crust.
  8. Sprinkle the Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chips on the top of the pie.
  9. Give the Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Chips a rough chop and then sprinkle on the pie.
  10. Let the pie set up for at least four hours (but preferably overnight) in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

The Peanut Butter Pie should last in the refrigerator for up to a week.
