Fritos Cookies

No-Bake Fritos Cookies are made with Corn Chips and Peanut Butter and are sweet and salty in all the right ways. So yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Fritos Corn Chips (regular sized)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter (creamy)
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Pour the corn syrup and the sugar into a medium saucepan.  Stir until combined.
  2. Stir until combined.
  3. Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring consistently. Take off the heat when it starts to boil.
  4. Add the peanut butter.
  5. Stir until combined.
  6. Pour the peanut butter mixture onto the Fritos.
  7. Gently fold together.
  8. You want all the Fritos to be covered in the peanut butter mixture.
  9. Take a spoonful of Frito mixture and place it on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Allow the Frito Cookies to cool and harden.
  11. Place the chocolate chips in a plastic bag.
  12. Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
  13. Cut a tiny corner of the tip of the plastic bag.
  14. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the Fritos Cookies. Allow the chocolate to harden and the cookies to completely cool.

Notes

Fritos Cookies will last up to a week in an airtight container but they may lose their crunch if stored in the refrigerator.
