These Peanut Butter Balls are super delicious, so easy to make and taste just like a homemade Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.  Great for a party!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (13 sheets or 1 1/2 packages)
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (softened to room temperature)
  • 1 package Chocolate Melting Wafers

Instructions

  1. Place the Graham Crackers into a Ziploc bag and crush them into crumbs. (Or you can use the food processor.) The crumbs should be pretty fine.
  2. Add the Graham Cracker crumbs, Peanut Butter, Powdered Sugar, and Butter into a bowl and mix well.
  3. Scoop out a piece of the mixture. We weighed the Peanut Butter filling so all of our peanut butter balls would be the same size.
  4. Roll into a ball and place them on a lined cookie sheet. Put the Peanut Butter balls into the freezer for at least an hour.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a bowl big enough to dip the peanut butter balls. Melt according to package directions.
  6. Use a fork to dip the peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate. Once covered, place the peanut butter ball back onto the cookie sheet.
  7. Use the leftover chocolate in my bowl to create a zig-zag decoration on top of the Peanut Butter Balls. Spoon some of the chocolate into a Ziploc bag. Reheat the chocolate for a few seconds in the microwave so that it melts and made a small cut in the corner of the bag.  Then add a squiggle of chocolate to the top of each Candy Ball.
