This creamy cheese ball is chock full of Peanut Butter and Cream Cheese and covered with Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chips. The perfect dip for so many things and always a hit at a party.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Add softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, brown sugar, and salt to the mixing bowl.
  2. Use the mixer to completely mix the ingredients.
  3. Spread out plastic wrap on the counter and spoon the mixture into the middle of the wrap.
  4. Bring up the sides of the plastic to form a ball.
  5. Use your hands to shape the mixture into a ball.
  6. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  7. Before serving, remove from the refrigerator, place on a serving plate, and pat on the chocolate and peanut butter chips.
  8. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, apples, or ritz crackers.
