Cheesy Garlic Biscuits

Our Cheesy Garlic Biscuits are an easy to make copycat recipe for Cheddar Bay Biscuits from Red Lobster.  Chock full of cheddar cheese and yummy garlic butter goodness, these biscuits are always a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick Mix
  • 2/3 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 heaping cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • 3 tablespoons Butter (Melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Parsley Flakes

Instructions

  1. Add Bisquick, Milk and Garlic Powder to a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir just until combined.
  3. Add Cheese and fold into biscuit mixture.
  4. Drop by the spoonful onto a prepared cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. While the biscuits are in the oven, melt the butter and add the Garlic Powder and Parsley Flakes.
  7. When the biscuits are out of the oven and while they are still hot, use a pastry brush to cover the biscuits with the Garlic Butter mixture.
  8. Serve while still warm.
