White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

These delicious White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies are soft and chewy with the subtle tastes of White Chocolate and Macadamia Nuts blending together into the perfect bite of cookie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweet Cream Salted butter, softened to room temperature.
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 ½ cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cream the softened butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a mixer.
  2. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, add flour, the Baking Soda and mix together with a fork or whisk.
  4. Add the flour mixture a bit at a time and mix until it is completely incorporated. (Do not overmix.)
  5. Stir in the white chocolate chips and the chopped Macadamia Nuts.
  6. Bake the cookies in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before storing.
