Here is our classic Banana Bread recipe that tastes like home and family. The perfect blend of banana flavor and moist sweet bread. So yummy.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Butter (Salted Sweet Cream, softened)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 ripe Bananas (smashed)
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Add softened Butter and Granulated Sugar to a mixing bowl. Cream together with a mixer.
  2. Add Egg and Vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.
  3. Add smashed bananas and mix until combined.
  4. Add Dry Ingredients and mix just until combined.
  5. Add the Brown Sugar and mix.
  6. Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a 8x4" loaf pan.
  7. Spoon batter into the loaf pan.
  8. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
