The Best Ever Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1-3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar (depending on how sweet you want the whipped cream to be)

Instructions

  1. Chill mixing bowl and whisk attachment in freezer for approximately 15 minutes before using.
  2. Pour cold Heavy Whipping Cream into mixing bowl.
  3. Add Vanilla Extract.
  4. Add Powdered Sugar to taste.
  5. Whip on low until Cream, Vanilla and Powdered Sugar are combined.
  6. Whip on high for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks are formed.

Notes

Do not overmix or you will end up with Whipped Butter!
