Instructions

1. Make up a box of White Cake Mix according to the instructions at the box.
2. Once completely mixed, manually stir in 1/2 cup of sprinkles.
3. Pour cake mix into a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Let the cake batter sit on a flat counter for 10-15 minutes to allow it to settle and even out.
5. Bake the cake in a 350 degree oven for 17-20 minutes.
6. Once the cake has cooled, cut out your round mini cake bites with a 2” round biscuit cutter.
7. Make two batches of our The Best Buttercream Frosting and divide them into three equal portions.  Tint those portions green, pink and purple.
8. Add a layer of The Best Buttercream Frosting between the two pieces of confetti cake.
9. Finally, add a small swirl of The Best Buttercream Frosting to the top of the Springtime Confetti Cake Bites and then sprinkle on a few sprinkles.
