Our Easter M&M Sugar Cookie Bars are yummy edible Easter Eggs that are fun and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 5 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup DIY Sprinkles
- 1 cup Bunny Mix M&M's
- Best Buttercream Frosting
- Wilton Color Right Food Coloring System – Pink, Blue, Yellow
- Easter Egg Cookie Cutters
- Cookie Sheet
- Parchment Paper
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix.
- Add dry ingredients, mix well.
- Add sprinkles and M&M's and mix.
- Spread on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake!
- Cool.
- Cut out with Easter Egg Cookie Cutters.
- Decorate with Best Buttercream Frosting in pretty spring colors.
