Instructions

1. First, make a half batch of our The Best Sugar Cookie Recipe
2. Roll out dough, cut out large and small round cookies.
3. Bake cookies in a 350 degree oven for 5-6 minutes.
4. Make a batch of our delicious Buttercream Frosting and tint the frosting the colors you want your Fish Cookies to be.
5. Next separate the M&M's by color.
6. Frost the sugar cookies.
7. To decorate the cookies, start with a row of "fish scales" M&M's in the middle of the cookie.
8. Continue adding rows until you fill up half of the cookie with M&M fish scales.
9. Use a Wilton Candy Eyes for the fish eye.
10. Add two red M&M's for the fish lips.
