Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- The Best Chocolate Mint Buttercream Frosting
- 8 x 8" Baking Pan
Instructions
- Using a spoon, not an electric mixer combine the melted butter and the sugar in a bowl.
- Add the cocoa powder and mix.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Add the flour and the baking powder and mix.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased 8 x 8" baking pan.
- Bake brownies at 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
- Allow brownies to cool.
