Always popular at a party, these yummy Cream Cheese Tortilla Pinwheels are easy to make, super tasty, and chock full of flavor.
I had these Tortilla Pinwheels at a party in college and have been making them for parties ever since. It may seem weird and random but they are usually the first finger food to be gobbled up at a family gathering or a Football Game Day party. Some people call them Cream Cheese Roll-Ups, others call them Tortilla Roll-ups but whatever their name they are extremely delicious and SUPER easy to make. Put these on your must-try list, you won’t be sorry.

How to make Cream Cheese Roll-Ups
Step 1: Mix softened cream cheese with all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2: Spread the cream cheese mixture on the flour tortillas.
Step 3: Roll the filled flour tortillas into a cylinder.
Step 4: Slice into one-inch pieces.
Expert Tips and FAQ’s
These Tortilla Cream Cheese Pinwheels taste the best right after you make them. The Cream Cheese mixture can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator but you shouldn’t put it on the tortillas until right before serving or your yummy party appetizer will get super soggy.

Tortilla Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 1 block (8 oz) of Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Olives
- 2 tablespoons Diced Green Chiles (I don’t drain the liquid but some do)
- ¼ cup Red Onion (chopped)
- ¼ cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 3 Flour Tortillas
Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese with all ingredients.
- Spread mixture on tortillas.
- Roll the tortillas up into a cylinder.
- Slice into one inch pieces.
- Serve.
Notes
NOTE: The mixture can be made the day before but DO NOT put it on the tortillas until before serving. It can make the tortillas soggy.
