Ingredients you will need
How to make the Peanut Butter Filling
Step 1: Place the Graham Crackers into a Ziploc bag and crush them into crumbs. (Or you can use the food processor.) The crumbs should be pretty fine.
Step 2: Add the Graham Cracker crumbs, Peanut Butter, Powdered Sugar, and Butter into a bowl.
Step 3: Mix the ingredients well with a spoon.
Step 4: Scoop out a piece of the mixture. We weighed the Peanut Butter filling so all of our peanut butter balls would be the same size. Roll into a ball and place them on a lined cookie sheet. Put the candy balls into the freezer for at least an hour.
How to Cover in Chocolate
Step 5: Melt the chocolate in a bowl big enough to dip the peanut butter balls. Melt according to package directions.
Step 6: Remove the candy balls from the freezer.
Step 7: Use a fork to dip the peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate.
Step 8: Once completely covered with chocolate, place the peanut butter ball back onto the cookie sheet and allow the chocolate to set back up.
Step 9: Use the leftover chocolate in my bowl to create a zig-zag decoration on top of the Peanut Butter Balls. Spoon some of the chocolate into a Ziploc bag.
Step 10: Reheat the chocolate for a few seconds in the microwave so that it melts and made a small cut in the corner of the bag.
Step 11: Add a squiggle of chocolate to the top of each Candy Ball and allow the chocolate to setup again.
How to make a Holiday Version
