Halloween Candy Jars
These are my DIY Candy Jars made with candlestick holders, filled with orange, yellow and white candy which means they are all ready for Halloween 2014. This is one of my all-time favorite crafts and I try to keep the candy jars filled with holiday-themed candy year-round. The Candy Jars were so easy to make and it is so fun to come up with new and creative ways to display the candy.
How to Make Halloween Candy Jars
Project Supplies:
- DIY Candy Jars
- Mini Marshmallows
- Candy Corn
- Black and Orange Sixlets
- Halloween White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M’s
- Halloween Peep Ghosts
- Halloween Peep Jack O’ Lanterns
- Licorice Bites
For the first jar I filled them with these brand new White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M’s that I found at Target. They are really bright and fun looking. I sorted and layered them to amplify the “candy corn” effect. I needed two bags of candy to fill this small-ish jar.
In the second jar, I layered Candy Corn with Mini Marshmallows, Orange M&M’s and Orange Sixlets.
In the last Halloween Candy Jar, I used Peeps Ghosts and Pumpkins, Black and Orange Sixlets, Licorice Bites and Mini Marshmallows.
These DIY Candy Jars are always my favorite holiday decoration no matter which season it is – and this year’s Halloween Candy display is no exception. I highly recommend that you add this to your craft to-do list!
