Christmas Sprinkles Chocolate Cookies
Christmas Sprinkles Chocolate Cookies are sure to impress your friends and family. Soft, crunchy and delicious – they taste just as good as they look.
Every Holiday needs a little chocolate, and the chocolate item on this year’s Christmas Baking list are these gorgeous Christmas Sprinkles Chocolate Cookies. We took a chocolate crinkle cookie recipe and replaced the powdered sugar with Christmas Sprinkles and voila! we have these pretty and delicious Christmas Cookies.
To make the chocolate cookie dough, mix together the dry ingredients (including the cocoa powder) and set aside. Cream together the butter and white and brown sugars. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Finally, add in the dry ingredients 1 cup at a time.
We found this pretty red and gold Christmas Sprinkle medley on Etsy but you could make your own by mixing Red Jimmies with Gold Sugar Pearls like they have done here.
Take a spoonful of cookie dough and roll it into a ball. Place the ball in a dish of sprinkles.
Roll the cookie dough ball around in the sprinkles until it is completely covered.
Bake the cookies in a 350 degree oven for 9-11 minutes.
These cookies were delicious. The chocolate cookie is moist and tasty. And the sprinkles add a nice crunch that really takes this Christmas Sprinkles Chocolate Cookies to the next level! Two thumbs up from Two Sisters Crafting!!!
