My daughter loves peanut butter.  She would eat a PB&J every day if I let her.  Laurie and I decided to do a fun Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bite for her. We love this particular version of Pretzel Bites – sweet, salty, crunchy, peanut buttery … simply delicious.  They are a great extra snack for a party and they are so easy to make!  Two Sisters Thumbs Way Up for this recipe!

Step 2: Add brown sugar and powdered sugar and mix thoroughly. This is the filling for the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites. It tastes just like the inside of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.

Step 4: To assemble the pretzel bites, start with a two Pretzel Snaps.  You can use a regular mini pretzel but we like the square shape of the Pretzel Snaps.
Steps 5-6: Add a teaspoonful of the peanut butter mixture to one of the pretzels.
Step 7: Add a second Pretzel Snap to make a yummy peanut butter pretzel sandwich.

How to Dip the Pretzel Bites in Chocolate

Step 8: Pour the Chocolate Melting Wafers into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt them in the microwave in short bursts (about 15 seconds) until the chocolate is totally melted.
Step 9: Dip 1/2 of the filled pretzel bite into the bowl of melted chocolate.
Step 10: Allow the chocolate to cool and harden before serving.
