Ingredient Note: Bisquick is an ingredient from our mother’s generation but it is handy to have around. We still use it for drop biscuits like this and pancakes.
How to make the Biscuit Dough
Step 1: Add the Bisquick mix, Milk, and the Garlic Powder to a medium sized mixing bowl.
Step 2: Stir until just until combined.
Step 3: Add the grated cheese and fold it into the biscuit mixture.
Step 4: Drop the biscuit dough by the spoonful onto a prepared cookie sheet.
Baking Instructions
Step 5 & 6: Bake in an oven preheated to 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
How to Make the Garlic Butter Topping
Step 7: While the biscuits are in the oven, melt the butter and then add the Garlic Powder and Parsley Flakes. Stir until combined.
Step 8: When the biscuits are out of the oven and while they are still hot, use a pastry brush to cover the biscuits with the Garlic Butter mixture. Yum!
Step 9: Serve while still warm and the cheese inside is still melty and delicious! YUM x 1000!
