We are always looking for new (to us) appetizers for family gatherings. This one checked all the boxes – cheese, chicken, and just enough heat to give you a kick but not burn your mouth off. Everyone loved this hot cheese party dip – creamy, tangy, and cheese-y with just the right amount of spice. Two Sisters Thumbs up on this one!

How to Make the Party Dip
Step 1: Add softened Cream Cheese to a bowl.
Step 2: Then add the Ranch Dressing, the Buffalo Sauce, ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and ½ cup of shredded jack cheese.
Step 3: Mix until thoroughly combined.
Step 4: Add the chicken and then mix.
Step 5: Spread the mixture into a baking dish
Step 6: Cover with the dip with the remaining grated cheese.
Step 7: Bake the Buffalo Chicken Dip in a 350-degree oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot with chips or bread or veggies. So yummy!

- 2 cups Chicken (diced)
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
- ½ cup Ranch dressing (or Sour Cream)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Jack Cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Wings Sauce
Instructions
- Add softened Cream Cheese, Ranch Dressing, Buffalo Sauce, ½ cup cheddar cheese, and ½ cup of jack cheese to a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Add chicken and mix.
- Spread mixture into baking dish cover with remaining cheese.
- Bake in 350 oven for 25-30 mins until cheese is melted and bubbly.
